We definitely recommend regular socks to be worn to prevent blisters more than anything else! After that just comfortable clothes, such as shorts, leggings and t-shirts as it can get quite warm in the Arena.

Yes! There is the Manor Cafe and Coffee Shop, which is open Wednesday - Sunday (see our website for current timings). Food and drink can be taken into the Arena area if you are staying with your children in that area. Hot food is usually available until 4.30pm. Great food and very reasonable prices. We do not allow food or drink purchased from outside the site to be consumed in our play centre.

Our key age range is Tots to Teens, there is a special area just for the Under 5's. This helps our young visitors get their bounce legs.

There is a £3.50 charge per adult. Adult numbers do affect our overall capacity, so they need to be accounted for.

All bookings must be made online, we do not hold any walk-in spaces. This is to make sure that we are compliant with our Insurance.

We have inflatables suitable for tots to teens with a dedicated Under 5's area. If your child feels confident enough, they are welcome to use the other inflatables in the Arena. On Thursdays during term time, we have BOUNCETOTS which is for the under 5's with a reduced number of inflatables. It is open from 11.30am - 3pm, and Fridays are MegaTOTS, this is the whole arena. 9.30am-3pm on Friday.

Yes, we do charge a small entrance fee for these young visitors, due to the cost of nappy bins etc.

Yes, we have lockers which accept £1 coins. These are not refundable.

No! Visitors from babies in arms to 99 years old are welcome. We just want you all to have fun.

No, except if we have the sweeper in the arena. This has a minimum height limit or the barrier in place. Otherwise, there are no restrictions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards, we accept most major card providers including Visa & MasterCard.

We also accept Apple & Google Pay :)

Yes, we have a large selection of food which is suitable for various allergy requirements. Some are shown on the menu. The best thing to do is ask at the Cafe counter if you are unsure.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the presentation of a valid ID. Bookings are limited to 4 people per cardholder.

The phone lines are answered until 6pm. Thursday - Sunday. If they go on an answerphone, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours unless we are closed.
